4 or 5 Sweet Potatoes
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
8 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)
Pinch of Cinnamon
1 Cup Pecans or Walnuts
Splash of Jackson Morgan in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the sweet potatoes for an hour or until soft. Allow to cool.
2. Whisk together the brown sugar, melted butter, Jackson Morgan, pecans or walnuts, and cinnamon.
3. Cut the sweet potatoes in half and place in a shallow baking dish. Top the sweet potatoes with the brown sugar mixture.
4. Cook the sweet potatoes for 25 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately.
