Earlier this week, I shared details about our summer bbq, today I am spilling all the details about the menu so you can recreate this party at your home. Our summer BBQ was one of my favorites to plan. There is something nostalgic about an old fashion backyard cookout! The menu is easy and paper plates from Party Hat Paper Co make clean up a breeze which is a win win in my book. Who wants to waste time cleaning up instead of hanging out with guests?
I started with easy appetizers served in cupcake liners to keep things easy for serving. Sliders are great so everyone can try different types of meat like pulled pork and beef. For sides, I kept to the classics like mac and cheese and grilled corn. I found this hamburger cake at my local grocery store which fit the theme perfectly. No party is completely with a few Jackson Morgan cocktails (recipes coming soon).
